Picling

Terms of use

In force from 20 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Picling. You accept them when you sign in; if you view an album by link without an account, they apply to you too. Please read the privacy policy too.

1. Who provides Picling

Picling (picling.com) is provided by Roman Gurinovich, a private individual in Poland. Contact: support@picling.com.

2. What Picling is

Picling is a photo album in the browser. You add photos and videos, view and find them by date, place and author, and share albums by link or with people by name. Picling is in beta: features may change, and not everything may work perfectly yet.

During the beta Picling is free. Each account has 10 GB of space; photos that others add to your albums count towards it. If paid plans appear, we will announce the prices in advance, and nothing will be charged without your clear decision.

You can move photos into Picling from Yandex Disk or Google Drive. For that you let Picling read your Disk — on Google, only the files you choose — while the move goes on: we copy the photos and videos you chose into your albums and change nothing on the Disk. Move only what you have the right to share (section 7).

3. What you need

An internet connection and a current browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies turned on. To view an album by link, a name is enough. To add photos, you need an account: sign in with Apple, Google or a code sent to your email.

4. Your account

5. Your photos stay yours

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, captions and comments you add. You allow us to store them, make previews and viewing copies of videos, read dates and places from them and show them to the people you share them with, only so that Picling can work for you. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for backup copies for the time given in the privacy policy and for photos you added to other people's albums.

We do not sell your photos, use them for advertising or use them to train artificial intelligence.

6. Sharing and other people's albums

7. Rules

Add only what you have the right to share. You may not:

Share photos of other people, especially children, with care and with their or their parents' consent.

8. Reporting illegal content

If you find illegal content in Picling, write to support@picling.com. Give the link to the album or photo, explain why the content is illegal and add your name and email address (for reports about child sexual abuse material, these are not required). We will review the report quickly, tell you what we decided and, where needed, remove the content and inform the authorities. We will tell the person who added the content why it was removed; they can object by writing to us.

9. What we may do

If content or behaviour breaks these terms or the law, we may remove the content, close access to an album or block an account. We will tell you why, unless the law forbids it. For serious or repeated breaches we may delete the account.

10. Availability and your copies

We do our best to keep Picling running and your photos safe: originals are stored without any changes, and the database is backed up every day. During the beta, however, we cannot promise that Picling will always be available. Keep your own copies of important photos: Picling never deletes anything from your phone, and you can download all your photos at any time in Settings.

11. Responsibility

Each person is responsible for what they add to Picling. We are responsible to you under Polish law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

12. Complaints

If something does not work as it should, write to support@picling.com: describe the problem and how to reach you. We reply within 14 days.

13. Ending the agreement

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when new features or paid plans appear. We will tell you about changes by email or in Picling at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live. Disputes are decided by the competent common courts. Consumers can also ask for free help from consumer bodies, for example a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland.
